Overview

OutreachWriter is an AI-powered cold email writer capable of analyzing prospects’ LinkedIn activities, and LinkedIn profiles, scraping data from target websites, and writing hyper-personalized cold emails that help build 1:1 relationships with prospects.

Getting Started - OutreachWriter

When you log in to the Infinity suite with the registered email id, you will land on the first landing page.

To choose OutreachWriter, you can either click on Sales > OutreachWriter to enter into the OutreachWriter app.

You can also choose OutreachWriter in the “Recent Accessed Apps” section if you have already used the app.

Adding Project

  • Once you are OutreachWriter dashboard, click on add project.
  • Give a name to the Project and add project members.

“Members will only be able to use the current project that they have been added to, they can’t access any other project on OutreachWriter.

  • Once you are done adding members click on save.

Integrating Open AI

Before you start using OutreachWriter, you need to integrate OutreachWriter with “Open AI”. Please follow the steps given in the image below to integrate Open AI.

  • Visit https://openai.com/api
  • Create an OpenAI account
  • Go to API section under profile
  • Click on reveal API key
  • copy the API key

  • Go to apps section on Outreachwriter Dashboard
  • Select OpenAI
  • Paste the API key and click save

Once you are done adding Open AI to OutreachWriter, you can start using OutreachWriter for Cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and recruitment messages.

Job Profile Personalization

Profile and pitch can be used to personalize the cold email/message using the information present on the prospect’s LinkedIn profile.

  • To get the AI content, enter the LinkedIn profile URL of your prospect, and mention your company’s website URL as well as company Name > click on get AI content.

OutreachWriter also allows you to write personalized messages for sending LinkedIn connection requests. You can also write follow-up messages using AI if you are using LinkedIn premium.

  • All you need to do is provide your prospects’ LinkedIn URL.

Personalization with Company

AI bots crawl through company's website and writes personalized emails that includes highlights of your company in the email.

Cold Email Writer

  • To generate AI-written cold emails all you need to do is select the “Company” option from the LHS menu.

  • Select the first option where the email will be personalized using the title and description for the website and enter your company “URL”.
  • Click on “Get AI Content” and you’ll get an AI-written email using your company’s information.

You can follow the same steps for the Company profile pitch. The email will be personalized using the company information provided on the website.

SEO Email Writer

You can write personalized link exchange emails using just the company website URLs. You can also pitch for backlinks using any website’s metadata to personalize your email.

  • To write personalized SEO emails you need to select either “pitch for link exchange” or “Company Title/Description and Pitch for link exchange” these options appear at the bottom of the company writer feature page.

AI Writer for Recruitment

Fastrack the recruitment process by reducing the manual work of writing emails, and let AI write your Rejection emails and offer letters.

  • To write a recruitment email and message using AI click on the “Recruitment” tab on LHS.

Rejection Writer

  • Select “rejection writer” from the Recruitment dashboard to write a rejection email.

  • To write a rejection email, all you need to do is fill in the “candidate name” along with the “position name” > and click on get AI content.

WhatsApp Writer

Rejection (to write quick rejection updates), to write short messages for WhatsApp stating rejection of the application.

  • Choose the “Rejection” option from “WhatsApp writer” and Fill in the required details > click on Get AI Content

  • Navigate to “call for interview writer” in the Recruitment feature > fill in the required details.

Congratulations and Acceptance Writer

You can use AI to write congratulations emails.

  • Navigate to “Congratulations Writer” in the Recruitment feature > fill in the required details and click on Get AI content.

Custom AI

Custom allows you to create your own AI writing BOT. You can create a form that has all the fields that you require, once that form is filled AI will start personalizing emails according to your needs. You can create multiple forms as per your requirement and use them anytime.

  • Select custom from LHS.
  • Click on “Add Custom Template”.

  • Provide a name and description for the new template.
  • Once you have given a name and a description to your template, you can add the required personalization fields and click on a sample to see how your new customized AI writer is working.
  • To choose the fields click on the drop-down > select the required field one at a time.
